These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of the Car Party app ("the app"), published by SV Global Consulting. By downloading or using the app you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy.
License
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use Car Party for your own non-commercial, family entertainment use, subject to these Terms and to Apple's Standard End User License Agreement (EULA), which also applies to the app.
Car Party Premium (subscription)
Some features require Car Party Premium, an auto-renewing subscription sold through the Apple App Store. The following terms apply:
- The subscription price and billing period are shown in the app at the point of purchase and may vary by region and offer.
- Payment is charged to your Apple ID at confirmation of purchase.
- The subscription automatically renews at the then-current price unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
- Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.
- You can manage or cancel your subscription, and turn off auto-renew, in your App Store account settings (iOS Settings → your name → Subscriptions) after purchase.
- Any unused portion of a free trial, if offered, is forfeited when you purchase a subscription.
- Refunds are handled by Apple under the App Store terms; we cannot process refunds directly.
Acceptable use
Don't misuse the app: no attempting to reverse engineer, resell, or disrupt it, and follow all laws. Use the app responsibly — the driver should keep their attention on the road and obey all traffic laws. Car Party's hands-free features are provided to help, but you are solely responsible for safe driving.

Trivia, questions, facts, and other content are provided for entertainment. We strive for accuracy and age-appropriateness but make no warranty that every item is error-free. Photos, voice notes, and answers you create stay on your device.
Disclaimers & limitation of liability
The app is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, SV Global Consulting is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app, including anything related to driving or travel decisions.
Changes
We may update these Terms; the "Last updated" date reflects the latest version. Continued use after changes means you accept them.
